We now offer painting and finishing for staircases and balustrades across Kent and South London.

You can have your existing staircase finished as a job on its own, or we can include it with a new staircase or refurbishment.

On-site finishing

If your staircase is looking a little tired and worn but is otherwise sound and secure, we can give it a new lease of life, refreshing the colours or changing them completely to suit your new style and the latest trends.

We can also have our finishers come in once we’ve fitted your new staircase or balustrade, and finish it to your specification. We’ve been offering this for around a year, and the results speak for themselves.

Spray finishing

Sometimes our clients want a finish we can’t achieve on site. When that happens, we work closely with them to find the exact colour they’d like, sometimes creating a new one, such as the Arundel Oak range we used on our Langton Green project.

Colours and finishes

We can match paint to your doors or skirting, use a clear finish that keeps the oak grain on show, or go for something bolder like ebonised black. On our Hildenborough renovation, the oak handrails were sprayed ebonised black and you can still see the grain through it. It’s one of my favourite details.

How it works

It starts with a visit. I’ll come and look at your staircase, talk through the colours and finishes you like, and check whether it needs any preparation or repairs first.

You’ll then get a clear quote showing exactly what we’re finishing and how long your stairs will be out of action, so there are no surprises.

If you’re thinking about it, send us a few photos of your stairs and let us know roughly where you are. It’s the quickest way to get started.
